CityPlace Toronto exposing the Concord Apex built fiasco

After all the deceit and lies about the heating and cooling system someone finally comes to replace the sensors in the units at CityPlace. Once again there was no notice posted. What are they worried about? One more time they send someone thru the units without notice to cover up their tracks of lies. At last count 6 different visits for the same problem that every time was claimed to be "not a problem". Concord is so unprofessional and dishonest it hurts. Concord knew the sensors were faulty. Rather then admit it they lie to everyone for months and send contractors with a pass key thru the units unattended. Senseless aggravation for everyone because Concord cannot tell the truth.

For those who remember the illegal entry post from Sept 7th when a contractor entered the suites to reconnect the sensors that PCL disconnected, this should have you raising some questions. Why exactly are people entering your suite when their actions do not solve a problem? Why are contractors and Concords agents  saying the sensors are not the problem, disconnecting them, reconnecting them, then eventually replacing them? Why is everything so illusive? Why did they just not admit the sensors in the units were bad? Shouldn't they be giving you notice they are entering your unit? How many times will Concord "solve" the problem they never admit existed in the first place. One year later the simplest things still are not complete.
