Hi,
you must be the most pathetic person alive! First of all before you make a statement saying your stories are 100% fact make sure they really are.
First of all the security you are talking about her name isn't spelled Debbie. Funny how people like to blame things on security guards, whatever is wrong with Concord City place, its the place itself, it has nothin to do with the security guards, the whole place is designed cheap, guards are getting payed $10/hr don't expect them to make to much effort. The home invasion too, once again Security gets blamed when it wasn't Security fault, the people who did the invastion was people within the condo itself and they entered through the underground where there is absolutely no camera's once again its Concord City who are being cheap asses and can't afford to purchase more camera's. You people must have nothin better to do with your life but complain. You don't like the place just fuck off to somewhere else, instead of crying about stuff like bunch of babies.

The above email speaks volumes about the style and grace of CityPlace. Its pretty obvious who wrote this email. The lack of education and class confirms this person is likely none other then a low wage security guard.

We here at cityplacetoronto.com do not have a problem with the security guards. In fact we feel they get dumped on a little to often. But there are a few that deserve it. The bulk of the problem really stems from Concord selling the units as having a concierge. CityPlace does not have a concierge in the buildings. They have security guards. They get the same sort of pay as the guys you see walking around construction sites at night or monitoring parking lots. Not exactly a "concierge" now is it?

The above person needs a new job. Telling us we should F off isn't going to persuade the residents to keep paying them a salary. Obviously there is a staff problem the strata needs to look into. Time to weed the garden and take out the trash. Really, its tough to figure out what's taking so long. The management and a few staff members are downright rude to those who pay them. How far does it have to go?
